We've just remodeled our vacation destination in early 2022 to bring a fresh coastal look to our already beautiful location! Our remodel has added all new furnishings, a gorgeous wood plank ceiling, bright Polywood outdoor furniture (with tables to seat up to 12, and plenty of pool loungers), a brand new kitchen & appliances, and two fully redone bathrooms in the front home! We pride ourselves in consistently improving our home, based on guest feedback & how we would want a space to feel while traveling!

The home is a split-layout including a three bedroom main home and a 2 bedroom carriage home, with a big optionally heated pool & paver patio joining the two spaces together. It's perfect for your family vacations, or just getaways with friends. You have ample parking right outside your door and there's plenty of space for everyone to comfortably enjoy their stay.

Our front main home has a quaint front porch filled with Adirondack chairs for those that want to enjoy the salty air relaxing at the end of a long beach day. We provide a keyless entry code for guests, so no need to fumble with keys at any time during your trip. This home is all one story, but does have a few stairs to enter onto into both the front and back door.

Upon entering, you walk directly into our open concept living area with ample seating on our commercial grade queen sleeper sofas & accent chairs. We have a Roku enabled TV in each room with HuluLive provided for our guests, and the ability to login to your own media if desired! Directly off the living room is the master bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet, window seating, and en-suite bathroom that has a spacious granite countertop for your belongings, and a beautifully tiled walk in shower with multiple showerheads!

Our dining area allows for everyone to gather around the table & waterfall style breakfast bar together, with open air to the living room as well. Our kitchen is fully stocked with brand new top of the line stainless appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, baking dishes, small appliances (Ninja blender, crockpot, griddle, air fryer), standard coffee pot, Keurig, spice rack, and a barn door style pantry to keep your groceries for your stay! Our area offers Instacart & Shipt (grocery delivery) and Beach Liquors (beer/wine/spirits delivery) for those that prefer to take one less stress away! We supply a high chair, pack & play, dishes, cups, and silverware for the little travelers in your group as well-one less thing to pack!
Our laundry room is located conveniently right by the kitchen, with a full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

Down the hall, on the left is the second bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, closet space, and a Roku enabled Tv. The third bedroom down this same hallway has a king sized bed, closet space, & Roku enabled tv as well.
At the end of the hall is a full bathroom with a granite countertop, back lit mirror (making getting ready a treat!), and an ultra relaxing DEEP tub & shower combo!

Out the back door, you'll enjoy our paver patio around the pool with 3 tables (seating up to 12), chairs, and 6 pool lounge chairs. We've recently added a covered outdoor kitchen with beautiful granite counters & a Weber natural gas grill-no need to worry about running out of propane! Kids can enjoy the sandpit in the back right corner of the patio as well, complete with sand toys galore! An outdoor shower is located in the driveway to rinse off the sand after the beach & to help keep the pool clear before entering. We have various beach items that guests do leave behind, but keep in mind we only provide beach towels for guests-any other beach or pool items vary based on availability.

The 2 bedroom carriage home can be accessed right from the paver patio, and the first door enters right into the bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. There is a Roku enabled TV & a standalone PTAC heating/cooling unit right in the bedroom.
Walking further through the carriage home, you'll find the kitchenette in the middle area. To the right is a breakfast bar with seating and to the left is a well stocked kitchenette with a microwave, sink, toaster oven, standard coffee pot, keurig, plug in cooktop, dishes, pots & pans, kids dinnerware, and a mini fridge.
The spacious bathroom is directly off the kitchenette area, with a shower/tub combo.
The last bedroom through the kitchenette area has a King size bed, small seating area, and a Roku enabled Tv. Each bedroom & the bathroom all have exterior access doors, so it can easily be used as the "pool bathroom" to avoid wet footprints throughout the main home!

A few important things to note:
-Check in time is 4PM CST & Check out time is 9AM CST. Early check in is occasionally available, but unable to be requested in advance due to the unpredictable nature of cleaning and required maintenance between guests. For this same reason, late checkouts are not always available, and we cannot accommodate a late checkout requested less than 24 hours before departure at any time.
-Golf Cart rental is not included in your stay. We're happy to offer our guests golf cart rentals at a deeply discounted rate from a local, reputable company--you won't find this deal anywhere else! Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to reserve it for you! Golf cart rentals are not permitted with student parties under 25 (insurance reasons) and unfortunately no exceptions can be made.
-We accept only full week (7 day minimum) booking during holidays, local events, and spring & summer months, but are no longer requiring the standard "Saturday to Saturday" beach week! Feel free to ask about any off season weeks or shorter off-season/available vacations!
-We are pet friendly for up to 2 dogs per booking, but we do charge a pet fee of $200 to be able to host others that may have allergies we have a deeper clean done, no exceptions. Only house trained pets are permitted, and if planned to leave unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. It is a crime in our state to impersonate a service animal, so we appreciate your honesty in this matter.
-Pool heating is not included in your stay. Pricing does vary based on length of stay, so if your group wants to enjoy this amazing amenity just inquire when booking! It's typically recommended from September to May, and we heat ours up to the 90's!
-While our home will feel like your "home away from home" there are some comforts you will need to bring along. In addition to your luggage, "vacation" mindset, and your friends & family we ask that you prepare accordingly regarding personal toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, etc. Our cleaners supply a ONE TIME courtesy supply of many of these items for roughly the first day or so of your stay but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not supply condiments, oils, life jackets, sunscreen, food storage (tupperware, foil, plastic wrap), or cleaning supplies. We do provide beach towels for our guests to use at the beach, unfortunately no other beach items are guaranteed.

This beautiful beach house is a short two blocks from public beach access, as well as an equal distance to the heart of Destin where you can find plenty of entertainment, food, and shopping. This is in Crystal Beach, Destin voted the most beautiful beach in North America 4 years in a row.

You will be super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We typically recommend taking an Uber as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive that a normal taxi. You can definitely take a short walk to the beach, and it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking!

STUDENT GROUPS:
We do host groups under age 25 on a case by case basis if we feel our home is a good fit for your trip. Our strong preference is ages 21+. We do not allow a parent/individual 25 or over to book on behalf of a student, and not be present. We allow ONLY 7 day trips for student groups, as shorter stays tend to attract a party scene.
We have a full set of student rules that we meet our guests IN PERSON to go over & have signed. Each guest is required to be present at check in, and provide a $100 cash security deposit at arrival. Our rules are simple and include things such as don't throw parties, no guests not included in your reservation on the property at any time, don't damage the home or anything in it, respect our neighbors & 10PM local noise ordinances, take out the trash, no cop calls, and no underage drinking/illegal activity -just to name a few. We have a ZERO tolerance for any violation of rules, and by requiring an individual deposit from each guest it is understood that if the rules are broken, everyone loses their deposit & is evicted without refund.
While we understand this sounds strict, we've hosted student groups for year successfully with the understanding of mutual respect. We want you to enjoy your trip to Destin, but we must have guidelines to keep our home in a condition that we'd want future guests to arrive to as well.
