Welcome to Teddy Ridge. This brand new, luxury farmhouse cabin offers the utmost of high-end comfort in a beautiful rustic setting. Nestled among the towering pines, this private retreat offers cozy comfort, relaxation, and fantastic wooded views all conveniently located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. A three-minute drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown, Teddy Ridge offers all that and more.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2 night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times.***

Teddy Ridge offers comfy, cozy, luxurious living with all the amenities and is perfect for a couple of families with kids, a friends or couples weekend getaway, or even couples who want to pamper themselves! In addition, services like a private chef, masseuse, or housekeeping can be added. And that’s not to mention the luxury details such as fine linens and in-home entertainment. This brand new (March 2021) luxury farmhouse cabin offers everything you need to relax, recharge & connect with what’s most important to you. Get cozy and make yourself comfortable in Teddy Ridge’s open floorplan with two indoor and outdoor living areas, a large fully-stocked kitchen, a separate coffee bar, game room, twin bunk beds, outdoor fireplace, firepit, hot tub, a sweet treehouse complete with a ginormous bridge, high-speed wireless Internet, and did we mention the outdoor day bed and views?

All the fun and fellowship happens around the food right? We’ve got everything you need to congregate, cook, and feast together in the big, open kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, flatware and dining seating for 10. And for the coffee lovers, a fully-stocked coffee bar.

Teddy Ridge sleeps up to 14 comfortably and was designed with families in mind. The master suite on the first floor features a king size bed, in-room soaking tub and a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with large picture windows where the sun and moonlight pour in. One bedroom features a queen size bed; the other features built-in twin bunkbeds with a queen size bed underneath. The best part of the loft game room are the amazing views – front and back – but it also has some fun stuff to keep the kids and family entertained: shuffleboard, games for days, art/puzzle/game table, chess, backgammon, a 55” smart TV, along with two full size Murphy beds. You’ll also find a luxury American Leather queen sofa sleeper with a foam tempur-pedic mattress located in the loft. There is a private bathroom with shower upstairs and another powder room on the first floor.

You’ll live outside at Teddy Ridge, beginning with the top deck located off the game room. It’s a perfect spot for coffee and the sunrise with amazing panoramic views; grab a book and relax on the daybed swing, or just be still and watch nature around you. The downstairs back patio is equally chill – comfy seating around the fireplace for everyone, a hot tub, and a 50” smart TV to watch games, listen to music or whatever strikes your fancy. There is a large stone fire pit for s’mores and stories, and steps away, you’ll find The Cub House – our awesome luxury treehouse for kids of all ages. We have corn-hole, horseshoes, a disc golf basket tucked away in the woods, and a walking path around the property.

Teddy Ridge is a short drive to the middle of Hochatown, its popular restaurants (Grateful Head Pizza, Abendigo’s – our favs!), breweries (Beavers Bend Brewery – fav!), wineries and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, horseback riding, mini-golf, and a really great petting zoo. For the boaters and campers, we have a large circular driveway for easy access and parking.

This is our happy place, made with lots of love and heart. We hope it will bring you just as much joy, comfort, and peace as it does us.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 1 private King bedroom with private bath downstairs and 2 upstairs bedrooms- 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunkroom with 2 twins over a queen bed. The loft offers 2 full size Murphy beds and an American Leather queen sofa sleeper. All beds feature premium linens and mattresses.

The cabin is positioned on just over an acre. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:
• 5 miles from the north State Park entrance and great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine
• 3 miles from Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream and Hochatown Escape Games
• 7 miles from Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake

• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments
A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels (2 rolls), toilet paper (2 rolls per night), bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
